66 Forfeiture of thing seized (1) If a person is found guilty of an offence relating to the machinery, device or thing seized and delivered to the Director under this Part, the Court may order that the machinery, device or thing is forfeited to the Territory. (2) A forfeiture under subsection (1) is in addition to any penalty imposed on a person found guilty of the offence.
