61 Restriction on employment of persons who were inspectors A person whose appointment as inspector terminates (for whatever reason) must not: (a) be employed or engaged by a licensee or a licensee's agent; or (b) be the agent of a licensee, unless the Director gives approval to do so or 12 months has passed since the termination of the person's appointment (whichever occurs first).
