60 Person to comply with request of inspector etc. (a) without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a request made by an inspector under section 56; (b) without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to answer a question put by an inspector;

Totalisator Licensing and Regulation Act 2000 34 (c) otherwise obstruct, hinder or interfere with an inspector in the proper execution of his or her duties; or (d) give an answer to a question put by an inspector that is false or misleading in a material particular.
