41 Cost of audit (1) The Director may require a licensee to pay to the Director an amount not exceeding the costs and expenses incurred by the auditor in conducting an audit of the operations of the licensee under section 39. (2) An amount payable under subsection (1) is recoverable as a debt due and payable by the licensee to the authority.
