38 Auditor (1) The Director must appoint a person to be an auditor to carry out an audit for the purposes of this Division. (2) In appointing an auditor under subsection (1), the Director may appoint the Auditor-General to be the auditor. (3) The Audit Act 1995 does not apply to or in relation to an audit carried out for the purposes of this Division.
