29 Licence may provide for variation (1) A licence may specify the manner in which a term or condition of the licence is to be varied. (2) If a licence specifies the manner for varying a term or condition of the licence, section 27 does not apply to any variation of that term or condition and that term or condition is to be varied in accordance with the manner specified.
