25 Duration of licence (1) A licence has effect: (a) for the period for which it is granted; (b) until it is cancelled; (c) until it is surrendered; or (d) unless it is suspended. (2) The suspension of a licence does not have the effect of extending the period the licence has effect to a date after the date on which the period for which the licence is granted expires.
