138 Hearing requested before commencement (a) a request for a hearing had been made under section 82 or 83, as then in force; but (b) the authority had not made a decision under section 87, as then in force. (2) The authority must make its decision in accordance with the old legislation as if the 2014 Acts had not commenced. (3) If the authority makes a decision as mentioned in subsection (2): (a) section 139 applies in relation to the authority's decision as if it had been made before the commencement; and apply in relation to the decision.
