119 Content of notices given under this Division A notice given under this Division must specify: (a) the reasons for the declaration or requirement to dispose of voting shares the subject of the notice; (b) that a person affected by the declaration or requirement may apply to the Supreme Court for a review of the declaration or requirement; and (c) the time within which the person may apply for a review.
