101Non-disclosure of information

101 Non-disclosure of information (1) A person who, in the course of the administration of this Act, acquires information about a person's affairs or has custody of or access to a document about a person's affairs must not: (a) make a record of the information; (b) directly or indirectly communicate the information to another person; or (c) produce the document or a copy of it to another person, unless for the purposes of this Act, the Regulations or the Rules or to a prescribed person. (2) Subsection (1) applies to a person who is or was a person holding an office under this Act or carrying out duties for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
