45 Order varying rate of penalty interest
If, on an application made on grounds referred to in section 37(1)(i) , the Appeal Tribunal is satisfied that the rate of interest fixed by the body corporate for late payment of a contribution is unreasonable, the Appeal Tribunal may make an order varying the rate of interest and remitting accrued interest wholly or in part.
