9 September 1983 .] GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, W.A. 3307 File No . 2193/983 .-That Reserve No . 38438 (Geraldton Lot 2850) should vest in and be held by the Town of Geraldton in trust for the purpose of "Boatshed" . File No . 3113/72 .-That Reserve No . 36669 (Fitzroy Crossing Lot 126 and part Lot 106) should vest in and be held by the Shire of West Kimberley in trust for the purpose of "Recreation". Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, does hereby direct that the beforementioned Reserves shall vest in and be held by the above- mentioned bodies in trust for the purposes aforesaid with power to the said bodies, subject to the approval in writing of the Minister for Lands and Surveys to each and every lease or assignment of lease being for any term not exceeding twenty one (21) years from the date of the lease, subject nevertheless to the powers reserved to me by section 37 of the said Act ; provided that no such lease or assignment of lease shall be valid or operative until the approval of the Minister for Lands and Surveys or an officer authorised in that behalf by the Minister, has been endorsed on the Lease Instrument, or Deed of Assignment, as the case may be . File No . 2544/78 .-And whereas by Order in Council dated 21 January 1981 Reserve 37044 was vested in the Shire of Busselton in trust for the purpose of "Arts and Crafts Centre" with power, subject to the approval in writing of the Minister for Lands and Surveys being for any term not exceeding twenty-one (21) years from the date of the lease . File No . 3113/72 .-And whereas by Order in Council dated 12 August 1981 Reserve 36669 was vested in the Shire of West Kimberley in trust for the purpose of "Recreation" with power, subject to the approval in writing of the Minister for Lands and Surveys being for any term not exceeding twenty-one (21) years from the date of the lease . hereby directs that the beforementioned Order in Council be revoked and the Vesting Order cancelled accordingly .
