24 February 1966 Reserve 27937 was vested in the Shire of Collie in trust for the purpose of "Parks and Gardens" . hereby directs that portion of the beforementioned Order in Council be revoked and the relevant portion of the Vesting Order cancelled accordingly . ORDERS IN COUNCIL. it is made lawful for the Governor to revoke an Order in Council issued pursuant to section 33 of that Act. File No . 3744/60 .-And whereas by Order in Council dated 10 October 1963 Reserve 26989 was vested in the Minister for Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage in trust for the purpose of "Water Supply" . File No . 2212/73 .-And whereas by Order in Council dated 12 November 1974 Reserve 32960 was vested in the Shire of Northampton in trust for the purpose of "Parking" . Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the beforementioned Orders in Council be revoked and the Vesting Orders cancelled accordingly . WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act 1933, it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any Reserve shall vest in and be held by any person or persons to be named in the Order, in trust for any of the purposes set forth in section 29 of the said Act, or for the like or other public purposes to be specified in such Order and with power of leasing ; and whereas it is deemed expedient as follows:- File No . 2295/77 .-That Reserve No . 38457 (Broome Lot 1319) should vest in and be held by the Shire of Broome in trust for the purpose of "Tourist Bureau" .
