#### 26O Rules of evidence 26O Rules of evidence > > (1) This section applies to proceedings before the Supreme Court in connection with an application for the making or revocation of a preventative detention order or prohibited contact order. > > > (2) For the purposes of any such proceedings, the Supreme Court may take into account any evidence or information that the Court considers credible or trustworthy in the circumstances and, in that regard, is not bound by principles or rules governing the admission of evidence. > > **ss 26F–26P:** Ins 2005 No 114, Sch 1 \[1\].
