#### 19 Power to enter and search premises 19 Power to enter and search premises > > (1) A police officer may, without a warrant, enter and search any premises, if— > > > > > (a) the officer suspects on reasonable grounds that a person who is the target of an authorisation may be in the premises, or > > > > > (b) the officer suspects on reasonable grounds that a vehicle that is the target of an authorisation may be in the premises, or > > > > > (c) the premises are in an area that is the target of an authorisation. > > > (2) The police officer must do as little damage as possible.
