sec.41 Existing part 2-5 warrant applications
This section applies if an application for a part 2-5 warrant under the Commonwealth Act was made, but not decided, before the commencement. This Act, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the application as if the Domestic and Family Violence Protection (Combating Coercive Control) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 had not been enacted. s 41 ins 2023 No. 1 s 93 (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies if an application for a part 2-5 warrant under the Commonwealth Act was made, but not decided, before the commencement. (sec.41-ssec.2) This Act, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the application as if the Domestic and Family Violence Protection (Combating Coercive Control) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 had not been enacted.
