sec.38 Application of Judicial Review Act 1991 to decisions made under Act
The Judicial Review Act 1991 does not apply to a decision made, or purportedly made, under this Act. Nothing in subsection (1) affects the Judicial Review Act 1991 , section 41 or 42 . In this section— decision includes a decision affected by jurisdictional error. (sec.38-ssec.1) The Judicial Review Act 1991 does not apply to a decision made, or purportedly made, under this Act.
