sec.17 Documents to be given by State Minister to Commonwealth Minister
The Minister must give the Commonwealth Minister a copy of a report mentioned in section 16 (a) or (b) . The copy of the report must be given to the Commonwealth Minister as soon as practicable after it is given to the Minister. (sec.17-ssec.1) The Minister must give the Commonwealth Minister a copy of a report mentioned in section 16 (a) or (b) .
