#### 78 Eligible funding recipients
(1) For the purposes of this Part, eligible funding recipient means a carrier that is:
(a) an NBN corporation; or
(b) determined under subsection (2).
(2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine one or more carriers for the purposes of paragraph (1)(b).
