73 Delegation by the Minister
(1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions or powers under this Part to a member of the staff of the ACMA who is: (a) an SES employee; or (b) an acting SES employee.
Note: The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.
