#### 37 Public Interest Telecommunications Services Special Account (1) The Public Interest Telecommunications Services Special Account is established by this section. (2) The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. (3) The Account is to be administered by the Secretary.
