17 Exemption of designated transitional contracts from Ministerial determination
If: (a) a contract is in force as at the commencement of this section; and (b) the contract was entered into before 1 July 2012; and (c) the contract was a designated transitional contract within the meaning of the repealed Telecommunications Universal Service Management Agency Act 2012; the contract is exempt from a determination under subsection 16(2) of this Act.
