#### 12EF Rules about the location of payphones (1) The Minister may make a determination setting out rules to be complied with by a primary universal service provider in relation to the places or areas in which payphones are to be located. Compliance (2) A primary universal service provider must comply with a determination under subsection (1). (3) If a primary universal service provider complies with a determination under subsection (1), the provider is taken to have complied with an obligation under paragraph 9(1)(b) or subsection 9(2A), to the extent to which the obligation relates to the location of payphones. Determination is a legislative instrument (5) A determination under subsection (1) is a legislative instrument.
