12B Effect of determination
(1) A determination under section 12A takes effect on the day specified in the determination. (2) If such a determination is expressed to cease to have effect at a specified time, the determination ceases to have effect at that time. (3) A variation or revocation of a determination under section 12A takes effect on the day specified for the purpose in the instrument of variation or revocation. (4) If the Minister revokes a determination under section 12A, the Minister may determine in writing arrangements to deal with any issues of a transitional nature that may arise as a result of the revocation.
