#### 124 Minister may direct the ACMA about the use of its powers under this Part (1) The Minister may give the ACMA written directions about how the ACMA is to exercise its powers under this Part. (2) The ACMA must comply with a direction under this section. (3) This section does not affect the Minister’s power to give the ACMA directions under other provisions about other matters. (4) A direction under this section is a legislative instrument. (5) The Minister must not give the ACMA a direction under section 14 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005 about how the ACMA is to exercise its powers under this Part.
