#### 114 Interpretation
(1) In this Part:
> customer includes prospective customer.
> damages includes punitive damages.
(2) In determining the meaning that an expression has when used in a provision of the Telecommunications Act 1997, or in a provision of this Act other than this Part, subsection (1) is to be disregarded.
