3C Evidence taken outside the State
Rule 1 shall not apply to proceedings under—
(a) Part 2 of the Foreign Evidence Act, or
(b) the Evidence on Commission Act 1995,
(to which proceedings Part 24 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 relates).
