> > (1) Forms are prescribed in Schedule F.

> > (2) A reference in any such form to a provision of these rules includes a reference to the corresponding provision (if any) of the [Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2005-0418).

> > (3) If a form is approved under section 17 of the [Civil Procedure Act 2005](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2005-028) in relation to the same matter as that for which a form is prescribed in Schedule F, the form to be used is the approved form and not the prescribed form.
