Tasmania regulation
These Rules make miscellaneous amendments to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and record that those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised (consolidated) version of the Principal Rules. They take effect 21 days after the date their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). This affects litigants, lawyers, court officers and the Registrar because procedural and filing rules governing Supreme Court practice have been changed; users must consult the updated authorised Rules to see the exact alterations.
