6A Retirement of judges

(1) [Section 6A Subsection (1) amended by No. 11 of 2021, s. 7, Applied:06 Sep 2021] [Section 6A Subsection (1) amended by No. 17 of 2005, Sched. 1, Applied:10 Jun 2005] Each of the judges of the said Court shall retire from office on attaining the age of 75 years.
(2) This section does not apply to or in respect of any person holding office as a judge of the said Court at the commencement of this section.
