#### 24 Member’s appointment to be terminated for non‑disclosure of interests Termination of appointment (1) The Minister must terminate the appointment of a member of CACH if the member fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 23. Subsection (1) not to limit Minister’s power to terminate (2) Subsection (1) does not, by implication, limit the Minister’s power to terminate the appointment of a member of CACH.
