#### 20A Contributor transferred to Commonwealth Public Service 20A Contributor transferred to Commonwealth Public Service > In the case of a contributor to whom the last paragraph of section 84 of the Commonwealth Constitution applies, STC shall on the contributor’s transfer to the Public Service of the Commonwealth pay to the Treasurer (who may pay the same to the Commonwealth) the amount of the contributions made to the fund by such contributor.
