#### 10V Consequences of exemption 10V Consequences of exemption > > (1) Where a person is exempted under this Act from contributing to the Fund, neither the person nor any other person claiming through the person is entitled to any benefit under this Act, but the contributions (if any) paid by the person so exempted shall be refunded. > > > (2) Subsection (1) does not affect the entitlement of any person to any benefit under this Act if the entitlement accrues to or in relation to a person who is or has been a contributor and who is not so exempted. > > **s 10V:** Ins 1976 No 101, Sch 3 (3).
