#### 101 Reduction of salary 101 Reduction of salary > Where the salary of a contributor is reduced during the suspension period, sections 13 and 13A shall apply to and in respect of the reduction only if the salary group within which the contributor’s salary falls as at the date of the reduction is lower than the salary group within which it fell— > > > (a) immediately before the commencement of the suspension period, or > > > (b) on the date on which the contributor became a contributor, > > whichever is the later. > > **s 101:** Ins 1975 No 98, Sch 12 (2).
