### 3 Amalgamations > > (1)  The part of the Department of Treasury and Finance known as Renewables, Climate and Future Industries Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of State Growth. > > > (2)  The following parts of the Department of Communities Tasmania are amalgamated with the Department for Education, Children and Young People: > > > > > > (a) the Office of Commissioner for Children and Young People; > > > > > > > (b) the part known as Children, Youth and Families; > > > > > > > (c) the Tasmanian Autism Diagnostic Service; > > > > > > > (d) the Inquiry Support Unit; > > > > > > > (e) the Child Advocate. > > > (3)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Board of Exceptional Needs is amalgamated with the Department of Health. > > > (4)  The following parts of the Department of Communities Tasmania are amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet: > > > > > > (a) the Tasmanian Community Fund; > > > > > > > (b) the part known as Community and Disability Services.
