### 3 Amalgamation > > (1)  The part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania, is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. > > > (2)  The following parts of the Department of Premier and Cabinet are amalgamated with the Department of State Growth: > > > > > > (a) the part known as Strategic Regional Partnerships; > > > > > > > (b) the part known as the State Planning Office.
