4 Nature of project

The project declared under clause 3 includes, but is not limited to –

(a) the reclamation of land in Ralphs Bay, to the north of the canal; and

(b) the subdivision of the reclaimed land; and

(c) the construction of dwellings and other buildings on the reclaimed land; and

(d) the development of berthing facilities and the operation of a marina; and

(e) the restoration of salt marshes and tidal flats to the south-west of the canal; and

(f) off-site habitat creation or restoration works or both off-site habitat creation and restoration works; and

(g) infrastructure upgrades; and

(h) any other use or development which is necessary or convenient for the implementation of the project.
