#### 28 Public Accounts Committee 28 Public Accounts Committee > > (1) The functions of the Public Accounts Committee include the examination of the financial reports of State owned corporations, and reports of the Auditor-General, laid before the Legislative Assembly under this Act. > > > (2) Part 4 of the [Government Sector Audit Act 1983](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1983-152) applies in relation to any such financial reports and Auditor-General’s reports in the same way as it applies to financial reports and Auditor-General’s reports in relation to authorities of the State. > > **s 28:** Am 2005 No 98, Sch 1.24 \[14\]–\[16\]; 2018 No 70, Sch 4.95\[4\].
