#### 26BA Effect of revocation of conversion election 26BA Effect of revocation of conversion election > > (1) This section applies to a person in respect of whom a revocation election has taken effect under Part 6 of Schedule 6 to the [Police Regulation (Superannuation) Act 1906](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1906-028) or Part 9 of Schedule 25 to the [Superannuation Act 1916](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1916-028). > > > (2) A person to whom this section applies is taken to have been an employee during the period a conversion election referred to in section 26B had effect in respect of the person. > > > (3) Section 26B (2) does not apply to a person to whom this section applies, or any other person who, but for that section, would be eligible as a beneficiary of a person to whom this section applies to be paid, or to defer or preserve, a benefit under this Act. > > **s 26BA:** Ins 2000 No 114, Sch 1.4 \[5\].
