5 Definitions

In this instrument:

Management Plan means Southern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005.

Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in section 3 of the Management Plan, including the following:

Note: Southern Squid Jig Fishery;

Note: squid jigging;

Note: squid jigging machine;

Note: standard squid jigging machine; and

Note: total allowable effort or TAE.
