3 Definition
In this Specification:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991.
4 Specification of income to be disregarded
For subparagraph 93WB (1) (b) (ii) of the Act, compensation within the meaning of subsection 17 (2) of the Act that is paid in the form of periodic payments is specified.
