5 Exempt lump sum
For the purposes of paragraph 8(11)(d) of the Act, the gross amount of a payment made under the Stolen Generations Reparations Scheme, the Stolen Generations Funeral Assistance Fund or the Aboriginal Trust Fund Repayment Scheme is an exempt lump sum.
