4 Definitions
In this instrument:
Act means the Social Security Act 1991. compensation payment means a payment under:
the Compensation for Detriment Caused by Defective Administration scheme; or section 65 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
family assistance law has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999. social security law has the same meaning as in the Act.
