Temporary signs

(1) Must be for public or community events, festivals, announcements, celebrations.

(2) Must be attached to structures that are adequate for the specific location and instalment method.

(3) Must not be located on a road verge or other public land.

(4) Must not include commercial advertising other than the names of the event sponsors.

(5) Must not be displayed earlier than 28 days before, or later than 14 days after, the event.

(6) Must not be used in relation to recurring events.
