Real estate signs
(1) Must only indicate that premises, land or business is for sale or lease.
(2) Must be erected on the property or land for sale or lease.
(3) Must be structurally sound for the specific location and instalment method.
(4) Must not be displayed for more than 10 days after sale, lease or auction.
(5) Maximum size for properties being sold or let by private treaty—1.25m long × 1m high.
(6) Maximum size for properties being sold or let by auction and containing only the word “Auction” on the returns—1.85m long × 1.25m high with returns of 180mm.
(7) Maximum size for properties being sold or let as commercial or industrial premises—2.45m long × 1.85m high.
