sch.2-sec-oc.4 Non-commercial events or commemorations

Non-commercial events or commemorations

(1) Must be a single event or ceremony (not including music concerts, dance parties or special entertainment not related to a specific fundraising event) at a temporary location.

(2) Must be located on a public reserve, sports ground, showground or on Crown land, community land, church ground, car parks or the like.

(3) Must not be on private land.

(4) Must hold relevant approvals required under section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993.
