98 Cancellation of driver's licence Where a person found guilty or convicted of an offence used a motor vehicle when committing or to facilitate the commission of the offence, the court may, if the offender: (a) holds a driver's licence, cancel the licence and, if the court thinks fit, disqualify the offender from obtaining one for such time as it thinks fit; or (b) does not hold a driver's licence, disqualify the offender from obtaining one for such time as it thinks fit.
