97F Variation of order following conviction
(1) This section applies to a person who:
(a) is subject to a non-association order or place restriction order
in relation to an offence; and
(b) is subsequently sentenced by a court for another offence.
(2) The court may vary or revoke the order when sentencing the
person for the other offence.
