50 Imprisonment to be served concurrently unless otherwise ordered Unless otherwise provided by this Act or the court imposing imprisonment otherwise orders, where an offender is: (a) serving, or has been sentenced to serve, a term of imprisonment for an offence; and (b) sentenced to serve another term of imprisonment for another the term of imprisonment for the other offence is to be served concurrently with the first offence.
