39D Certain costs recoverable by Territory If an offender destroys or damages an approved monitoring device or associated device, machine or equipment: (a) the offender is liable to pay the costs of restoring or replacing the device, machine or equipment; and (b) the costs may be recovered from the offender as a debt payable to the Territory.
